A person reviews every post

Every post on the Talenlio blog is reviewed by a person on the Talenlio team before it goes live. That review includes checking each statistic in the post against its source.

How we use AI

AI tools help us research topics and draft posts. A draft written with AI goes through the same review by a person on the team as every other post before it goes live.

Primary sources

Posts cite primary sources: the original survey, report, dataset or official announcement a figure comes from. We link to the source so you can check the figure yourself.

Dates

Each post shows the date it went live. When we make a meaningful update later, such as new figures or a corrected fact, the post also shows the date of that update.

Corrections

If you spot an error, email support@talenlio.ai with a link to the post and what needs fixing. Corrections are made in the post itself, which then shows the date of the update.
