1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Talenlio (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users including free, Pro, and Elite plan subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Talenlio provides AI-powered career tools including but not limited to: resume building and optimisation, mock interview preparation, automated job matching and application, LinkedIn profile analysis, and personalised career strategy. The Platform is operated by ILMTEC.

3. Accounts and Registration

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You may not create accounts for others without their explicit consent.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Talenlio offers a Free Agent plan and paid Pro and Elite Agent plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorise us to charge your payment method on the agreed billing cycle.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Prices are listed in INR and EUR and may change with 30 days' notice.
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer pro-rata refunds for mid-cycle cancellations, except under our Interview Guarantee.

5. Interview Guarantee & Refunds

Pro and Elite plan subscribers who complete their profile and actively use the Platform for 30 days without receiving a single interview invitation may request a full refund. Eligibility requires: (a) a complete profile with uploaded resume, (b) at least 10 applications submitted via the Platform, and (c) submission of a refund request to support@talenlio.ai within 7 days of the 30-day period expiring. One refund per user.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform to apply for jobs with false or misleading information
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our AI models
• Share account credentials with others or resell access to the Platform
• Use the Platform to harass, spam, or defraud employers or other users
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise Platform security

7. Intellectual Property

All platform features, AI models, templates, and branding are owned by ILMTEC and protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You retain ownership of your personal data and career content. By using Talenlio, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to deliver the service.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases and we will delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
